Set Up Sales Rebates Metrics

If the Sales Rebates app is installed, you can set up the ranges that determine a customer's score for the following metrics:

  • TOTAL-REBATE: Measures the rebates a customer received.

The ranges determine if a customer has a good, average, or poor score when calculating the insights.

  1. Choose the icon, enter Customer Metrics, and then choose the related link.

  2. On the Customer Metrics page, open the TOTAL-REBATE metric code.

  3. If customer insights have not been calculated, follow the steps in Set up customer metrics.
