Assign a Communication Group to a User

To include a user in those receiving an item recall communication, you must first assign them an item recall communication group code.

1. Choose the icon, enter User Setup, and then choose the related link.

2. On the User Setup page, populate the following field:

   Field	Description
   Item Recall Communication Group Code	Select the group that controls the types of communications the user will receive.
