Set Up Material Staging

You need to set up how the Material Staging app will work.

This page can also be set up from the Set up Material Staging assisted setup.

  1. Choose the icon, enter Material Staging Setup, and then choose the related link.

  2. On the Material Staging Setup page, in the Number Series FastTab, populate the following fields:

    Field Description
    Material Staging Order Nos.

    Select the number series used to number material staging orders.

    If the Use Default No. Series toggle was turned on during the assisted setup, the default value will be MATSTG.
    Material Kit Nos.

    Select the number series used to number kits.

    If the Use Default No. Series toggle was turned on during the assisted setup, the default value will be MATKIT.

  3. In the Reporting FastTab, populate the following fields:

    Field Description
    Kit Barcode Label

    Select the report to use when printing kit barcode labels from the Material Staging Order page or Kit page.

    The default is the Kit Barcode Label report (23094061).
    Staging Instruction

    Select the report to use when printing a list of the items to be staged from the the Material Staging Order page.

    The default is the Staging Instruction report (23094062).
