Default Location-Based Filtering for Documents and Document Lines in MDC

This enhancement introduces the ability to control the visibility of Purchase, Sales, Pick, and Production documents at both the header and line levels based on the user’s default location.

Users can now define whether documents and their corresponding lines are displayed on the MDC screens for the default location. This enables more precise filtering by allowing document headers and lines to be filtered independently.

This behavior is configured through the Mobile Data Collection User Profile page, where users can specify how documents are filtered based on the default location. The following settings determine how each document type is filtered accordingly:

  • Po Receipt: Set this field to TRUE to filter Purchase Orders by default location.
  • Warehouse Receipt: Set this field to TRUE to filter Warehouse Receipts by default location.
  • Warehouse Shipment: Set this field to TRUE to filter Warehouse Shipments by default location.
  • SO Shipment: Set this field to TRUE to filter SO Shipments by default location.
  • Inventory/Warehouse Pick: Set this field to TRUE to filter Inventory/Warehouse Picks by default location.
  • Production: Set this field to TRUE to filter Released Production Orders by default location.
  • Production Consump. Jnl. Lines: Set this field to TRUE to filter Production Consumption Journal Lines by default location.

Unload Inventory Item in a Package

A new Unpackage it function has been introduced to allow users to unload inventory items stored in a package into a bin. This functionality enables users to move packaged inventory back to bin-level storage for further processing or handling.
