Limitations

Commissions will not be considered in any of the following actions:

• Actions on Posted Sales Invoice:
  • Correct
  • Cancel
  • Create Corrective Credit Memo

In reverse scenarios, such as partial or full order using the above actions on the Posted Sales Invoice document, you must calculate the commission through a sales credit memo or use the commission journal to post adjustments.

Also, the commission will not be considered in sales documents that are created using the Copy Document action.
