Set Up Over Shipping Metrics
If the Over Shipping app is installed, you can set up the ranges that determine a customer's score for the following metrics:
OVER-SHIPMENT: Measures if posted shipments had more quantity than ordered.
OVER-SHIPMENT-LINE: Measures if posted shipment lines had more quantity than ordered.
The ranges determine if a customer has a good, average, or poor score when calculating the insights.
Choose the icon, enter Customer Metrics, and then choose the related link.
On the Customer Metrics page, open one of the following metric codes:
- OVER-SHIPMENT
- OVER-SHIPMENT-LINE
If customer insights have not been calculated, follow the steps in Set up customer metrics.
