Set Up Over Shipping Metrics

If the Over Shipping app is installed, you can set up the ranges that determine a customer's score for the following metrics:

  • OVER-SHIPMENT: Measures if posted shipments had more quantity than ordered.

  • OVER-SHIPMENT-LINE: Measures if posted shipment lines had more quantity than ordered.

The ranges determine if a customer has a good, average, or poor score when calculating the insights.

  1. Choose the icon, enter Customer Metrics, and then choose the related link.

  2. On the Customer Metrics page, open one of the following metric codes:

    • OVER-SHIPMENT
    • OVER-SHIPMENT-LINE
  3. If customer insights have not been calculated, follow the steps in Set up customer metrics.

    If customer insights have been calculated, follow the steps in Change customer metrics with entries.
