View Customer Insights

Once customer insights have been calculated, you can view the scores for the selected customer.

  1. Choose the icon, enter Customers, and then choose the related link.

  2. On the Customers page, open a customer record.

  3. On the Customer Card page, select Customer > Customer Insights.

    The Customer Insights page displays the customer insights that were calculated.

    For metric codes associated with a target, the Average Amount value is divided by either the customer or default target to determine the Total Percentage value. For example, if the invoice sales target is $10,000 and the customer's average invoice sales are $8,000, the total percentage will be 80%.

    For metric codes associated with a target, the Total field is the number of records in the Customer Ledger Entries page for that customer and date range.

    The date filter determines which records are displayed. The default date range is defined in the Date Filter field on the Customer Insights Setup page but can be changed if needed.

    The Customer Insights Description FactBox displays a summary of the selected line. The numbers may differ from the Total fields if the date filter range is shorter than the duration used to calculate the insights.

  4. Select the value in the Total Occurrences column to see the scores by month.

    The Customer Insights Entries page shows the number of metric occurrences in a month.

    For metric codes associated with a target, the Total field is the number of records in the Customer Ledger Entries page for that customer and month.

  5. Select the value in the Occurrences column to see a list of the records that caused the metric occurrence.
