Set Up Sales Rebates Targets
If the Sales Rebates app is installed, you can set up the targets you want a customer to meet for the following metrics:
- TOTAL-REBATE: Measures the rebates a customer received.
These targets are used along with the customer metrics to calculate a percentage that determine if a customer has a good, average, or poor score when calculating the insights.

Choose the icon, enter Customer Insights Setup, and then choose the related link.
On the Customer Insights Setup page, populate the following field:
Field Description Rebate Target Enter the rebate amount the customer is expected to receive for the month.
