Set Up Sales Rebates Targets

If the Sales Rebates app is installed, you can set up the targets you want a customer to meet for the following metrics:

  • TOTAL-REBATE: Measures the rebates a customer received.

These targets are used along with the customer metrics to calculate a percentage that determine if a customer has a good, average, or poor score when calculating the insights.

  1. Choose the icon, enter Customer Insights Setup, and then choose the related link.

  2. On the Customer Insights Setup page, populate the following field:

    Field Description
    Rebate Target Enter the rebate amount the customer is expected to receive for the month.
