View Restricted Inventory

You can view restricted inventory in several places.

View restricted inventory from the Inventory Restriction Worksheet page

  1. Choose the icon, enter Inventory Restriction Worksheet, then choose the related link.

  2. On the Inventory Restriction Worksheet page, populate the following fields:

    Field Description
    Show Restricted Inventory Only Turn the toggle on.

  3. Select Home > Calculate Worksheet.

    The restricted inventory is listed, and the Inventory column shows how much of the inventory is on hold.

    The FactBoxes show the details of the selected line.

    • Inventory Restrictions: Shows the restrictions codes associated with the selected line.

    • Item Inventory by Location: Shows how much inventory is restricted in each location.

    • Inventory Details: Shows the location, bin code, tracking number and expiration date.
