Create Commission Groups

Create item commission groups

You can create groups to manage the items you want to include in a commission plan. When a commission has an item commission group assigned to it, all items with that item commission group will be included in the commission calculation.

1. Choose the icon, enter Item Commission Groups, and then choose the related link.

2. On the Item Commission Groups page, select New.

3. Populate the following fields:

   Field	Description
   Code	Enter a code to represent the item commission group.
   Description	Enter a description of the item commission group.

Create customer commission groups

You can create groups to manage the customers you want to include in a commission. When a commission has a customer commission group assigned to it, all customers with that customer commission group will be included in the commission calculation.

1. Choose the icon, enter Customer Commission Groups, and then choose the related link.

2. On the Customer Commission Groups page, select New.

3. Populate the following fields:

   Field	Description
   Code	Enter a code to represent the customer commission group.
   Description	Enter a description of the customer commission group.

Create agent commission groups

You can create groups to manage the agents you want to include in a commission. When a commission has an agent commission group assigned to it, all agents with that agent commission group will be included in the commission calculation.

1. Choose the icon, enter Agent Commission Groups, and then choose the related link.

2. On the Agent Commission Groups page, select New.

3. Populate the following fields:

   Field	Description
   Code	Enter a code to represent the agent commission group.
   Description	Enter a description of the agent commission group.
