Inventory Restrictions
If the Inventory Restrictions app is installed, item restrictions can be assigned to tracked items associated with a released item recall. The restricted items will be prevented from being used in inbound, outbound, and warehouse processes depending on how the inventory restriction codes were set up.
This feature can be used when you want to prevent items that are part of a recall from being used in transactions.
In addition to the Item Recall setup steps, you will need to set up restriction codes.
